Musk says orgs will soon verify affiliated accounts; Blue sign-ups and name changes will be reinstated end of this week

Twitter Blue, Twitter’s paid tier, appears to be on ice at the moment as the company tries to navigate how to control it from being abused by impersonators while still promoting it as a mass market product to build out a new revenue stream among “official” users and the hundreds of millions of others who use Twitter. No biggie!
